purchased 50 licenses - constant fight for each activation. why.

every activation seems to require a help ticket and a wait to hear from support,   when will you guys fix this nonsense ?

why should paying customers have to suffer through this aggrevation ?  

literally have only activated 10 of the fifty. wth.

should I  abandon the product ?  I'm open to suggestions.
