For all Nitro Pro versions until the recent release 12.16.3.574 I could successfully open files that were protected with FileOpen encryption. Now I can no longer open these files with Nitro Pro. Instead, I get the message "The document [document name] could not be opened. It has been encrypted using third party software not supported by Nitro Pro." Does anyone know why this change was made, or is it simply a bug that has crept into this latest release?
