Peter Mapleston
My desktop computer got hit by lightning the other day. I was using Nitro Pro 9 on it, like on my laptop. Very happy with it. Is it possible to install 9 on my new desktop and use my existing licence? Edited July 9, 2019 by Peter Mapleston
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted July 9, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 9, 2019 Hello @Peter Mapleston, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, my answer is yes, Nitro Pro 9 installers can be downloaded this page: kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your v9 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade I hope this helps. Peter Mapleston
Thanks Allain. For the moment, I'm sticking with Nitro 9. Now I have another problem though :-( I'm being told I have reached the maximum number of installations for the license. I have it on my new deskto and I have it on my laptop, and I guess I have it on my broken old desktop, but I don't know if I can deactivate it on that one. Please can you help? Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted July 10, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 10, 2019 Hello @Peter Mapleston, Thanks for your response. To fix this issue, you can reset one license by going to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Then try activating again on your program using the same serial number. Cheers!
