Problems printing to Nitro Pro from certain webpages

Some websites wont print to Nitro Pro and I cannot figure out why.  I am no 'techy', but I have checked and it goes to the spooler, but then just vanishes.  It should come up with a popup and ask for the filer name, but it doesn't.  

To give and example, I can print from www.amazon.co.uk but I can't print from www.screwfix.com  and I am noticing that there are increasingly more websites I cannot print to PDF with.

I have tried using different web browsers, and if it wont print on one, it wont print on any.

Has anyone any idea why this is happening and how to solve this problem

Indecently,  all the websites will print to my laser printer, so it's not a computer problem.

What exact build of Nitro Pro are you using? You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.

Have you tried reinstalling the PDF creator? http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/creator/000001584

Not being a tecky, I've not tried a reinstall
