document printing before protected by signature

We are using Nitro for electronic signature purposes, applying a certificate provided by Symantec, stored in a token, to each PDF document. This works well, however signature image printing appears on the screen before token authentication is performed, enabling signed pdf document be issued with a wrong certificate.
