In order to further assist you with this issue, kindly refer to this steps: 1. Open the Windows Registry (regedit) and save a back-up by referring to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/322756/how-to-back-up-and-restore-the-registry-in-windows 2. Browse to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nitro\Pro\11\ and delete the key 'BCG' folder. 3. Run a repair of your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background.
