Stamp Auto Rotating

I had Nitro on my computer and then my system crashed and erased itself entirely so had to download everything again - unsure if I entered my key properly to use my existing account or if I am still on the free trial though!!

Anyways... I previously had created stamps, but now when I'm creating they are auto rotating!!! I tried searching the forum for answers but all I could find was a guy asking everyone to print to PDF creator, not sure what that accomplishes but I did it and they are still rotating!!! 

Please help 😞 - if my key worked would my created stamps not be saved on my account?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send me a private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every file with mixed page orientations?
