Error printing Images from PDF

I'm having issues printing images/graphics - it either won't print the images or the images are just a bunch of lines.

We have a new Xerox C8030 - tech support says it is not a Xerox issue and that if I had Adobe I would not have this problem.  We purchased Nitro Pro so that I can do editing within PDF files and I really like the program.   I don't like Xerox's explanation and am hoping you have a solution for me.

thanks

Monique

Hello @Monique,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened?
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send me a private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every PDF file with images? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a provate message so I can replicate it on my end.
-Does your machine has the latest software / driver installed for Xerox C8030? Have you also tried installing alternative drivers (e.g. PCL6, PS)?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello,

Some images in our PDF don't print, I tried with Adobe DC, and it worked, we tried from a different computer using a different Nitro pro licence and the same issue happened for the same figure.

It's not the first time we had some pictures printing and other not.

Could you help out?

Thank you

Thanks for the response.  I just figured it out.  I couldn't get good resolution on an imbedded graphic.  I replaced it and it works OK now.

I do have another problem.  I'm trying to create PRN files from NitroPDF that I can batch and send to a printer.  I did this in the past from Adobe Acrobat.  I can't find this in NitroPDF.  Can you help me?

Jim
