garias12 0 Report post Posted August 8, 2019 I am installing a fresh installation of Nitro PDF 12 on a new PC for a co-worker. When I went to activate it, it gave me an error code of 23. It says my license number has already been used, which does not make sense since I have over 30 left. He is using windows 10; not sure if this is a windows related issue or not.
