missgrace811 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2019 I have Nitro Pro 9 already installed (which expired) and then purchased the product. When I tried to activate it, I received an error message indicating my serial number is for the wrong product. I then installed the Nitro Pro 12 but it's in Trial Mode and there is not place where I can use my serial number provided to activate. Help.... Thank you. You can activate by opening Nitro Pro 12, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I hope this helps. Please let me know how you go. Cheers!
