caryn1047
Hi. When I attempt to email a pdf from within nitro pro, it says there is no email app associated with Nitro. Going to windows settings and apps, I can't find a way to associate gmail as the email program for nitro to use. Would appreciate step by step guidance. Thank you. caryn1047
From within Nitro Pro, I go to "share" and email as an attachment. I get this message: "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program, or if one is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel." I go to Nitro Pro in my program list in setting but don't see how to associate gmail with it. Would appreciate instructions as to how to accomplish this. I can create an email from within gmail and then attach the pdf file, but would like to be able to do it from with nitro pro. Many thanks. Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted September 10, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 10, 2019 Hello @caryn1047, Thank you for this information. If you are accessing Gmail using either Internet Explorer, Chrome of FireFox, that will not work with Nitro Pro because it only supports mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. My apologies for this inconvenience.

Its called just Mail. but it still comes up with that theres no association. Please provide a fix for this. or is there anything else we need to do?
