Can not activate Nitro Pro Error 23

Suggestion

I am not able to activate my Nitro after I reinstalled my computer. I am recieving Error 23, even though on the website it still shows i have only 1 out of 2 licence used. Can you please help me solve this problem? Thx, tb.

I have one  license at Nitro Pro 12. While working with the program  Nitro Pro there was a message Crash. After restart of Win 10 the program does not work.  I enter the license key again but get error 23. Can you help me solve this problem?

I have just purchased another laptop after the old one died & can't reactivate my Nitro Pro V11. Get this message "-23: Error - License number already used". I have gone to Nitro's support site & deactivated both my licenses but still get this error. Please help.

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

unfortunately i am still receiving Error 23 ...

Is there anything else I can do?

I am having this same issue, can someone help resolve this? I have 0 activated yet it tells me the serial number is being used.

Before continuing, please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available.  

If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number:  https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13 and to know more about some enhancements and fixes with Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Release Notes page  https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes

However if you prefer working with an older version and as a courtesy, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
