Randy O Posted September 23, 2019 Report Share Posted September 23, 2019 We have Nitro Pro 10. We just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I was able to deactivate and reactivate my account on the new box, but... When in Word and attempting to create a pdf using Nitro, I get this message, Nitro Pro 10 Add-In, "There is no creation process." Please help. Thank you. And, if memory serves, it fixed the problem.
