DanZar Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 Hi, I bought 10 licenses over the past year with product update option. so far i was able to upgrade 7/10 licenses from version 12 to 13. However for 3 licenses i get the following error: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I have already double checked the licenses, but still unable to upgrade the remaining licenses can someone please advise? We were unable to validate your serial number.
