AgentStewart Posted September 27, 2019 Report Share Posted September 27, 2019 Hello, I purchased Nitro Pro during the fall pre-sale and now I have an activation code that is invalid. I called cleverbridge and was told this is an ongoing issue with the new serial numbers and to contact via Nitro website. However, since I am not a VIP I can't open a direct ticket to get my product activated and must use the forum. I have a cleverbridge reference number and serial number ( that doesn't work). In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -A screenshot of the error message you are receiving. Andrew V Posted September 30, 2019 Report Share Posted September 30, 2019 When I tried to use Nitro today I was prompted to Activate it. I purchased Nitro back in December 2018 and have been using it ever since with no Issue. I tried activating it using the same serial number but I get a error stating "The serial number entered does not exist". I went to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal and deactivated the licenses. I then nu-installed / reinstalled Nitro. I then tried to reactivate but I get the same error. Can you please help!
