Nitro Pro 12 reverted to trial and will not take activation key

My Nitro 12 reverted to trial mode and when I enter my serial number it does not find it. I decided to uninstall and install Nitro 13 but that does not work either. 

Please help!

Please reinstall Nitro Pro 12, your serial number will only work for this version.

I released your key so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?

Leslie, I'm having the same/similar issue with my Nitro Pro 12. I accidentally downloaded 13 when I thought the update was meant for my system as well. I need to revert back to 12, but I don't have my serial number/activation code any more. Please help!!

In order to help you with your request, can you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.
