Please reinstall Nitro Pro 12, your serial number will only work for this version. I released your key so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes? Irma Posted October 2, 2019 Report Share Posted October 2, 2019 Leslie, I'm having the same/similar issue with my Nitro Pro 12. I accidentally downloaded 13 when I thought the update was meant for my system as well. I need to revert back to 12, but I don't have my serial number/activation code any more. Please help!!
