Another Activation Error 23

Have to install NitroPro on a different PC and deactivated a license on one of the other machines. Didn't help. Activation still not possible.

"License Self Service" says 2 activations left. Deactivate link does nothing but give me an error that I can deactivate only 0 licenses.

And I don't have the possibility to open up a support case it seems.

Now what to do to get a working product for which I paid for?
