Upgrade to Nitro Pro 13

Hi

I have a Nitro license with software insurance so I can free upgrade to new versions.
I upgrade my Nitro Pro 12 to Nitro Pro 13, but my license is not valid.
I deactivated allready my license, but still can not activate Nitro Pro 13.
