Cannot Sign Documents from InsureSign anymore

I am having a new issue. When clients use InsureSign and return the doc to me to countersign, I cannot use QuickSign. This does not happen to all users in my office, only to me, for some reason. What is the fix? I used to be able to and yesterday I uploaded the new version of Nitro Pro that was in the email from Nitro Pro to do for "fixes".  Can anyone please help me?

Upon opening your test file using the same build, QuickSign is available and I am not not having issues:

Have you tried running a repair of the Nitro Pro application? You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

I have run a repair of Nitro Pro and I also have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I STILL cannot use the QuickSign.  Please help!  I paid for this service soley for that option!  I have attached my form.
