Bunny3612 Posted October 3, 2019 Report Share Posted October 3, 2019 I am having a new issue. When clients use InsureSign and return the doc to me to countersign, I cannot use QuickSign. This does not happen to all users in my office, only to me, for some reason. What is the fix? I used to be able to and yesterday I uploaded the new version of Nitro Pro that was in the email from Nitro Pro to do for "fixes". Can anyone please help me? Upon opening your test file using the same build, QuickSign is available and I am not not having issues: Have you tried running a repair of the Nitro Pro application?
