License Transfer to New PC

Good morning,

first of all thank you for your attention.

The technical support from cleverbridge suggest to post a topic in the forum to solve my problem.

I'm trying to re-activate NitroPDF on my new laptop but without success.

I'll try to summarize here following the steps done:

  1. Deativate the licence on the "old" pc. Confirmed by a pop-up message from the software
  2. Installed on the new PC, used the license code received with payment confirmation. Got the following message:
    • -23: Errore – numero di licenza già utilizzato
  3. Tentative to reset the key throught the link https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
    • Unsuccesfull: Sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices

For sake of completeness the details are the following:

  • Serial Number: 2XXX0XXX9XXX0XXX72
  • Version 12
  • Status active
  • Number of Activations 0
  • Number of Activations Allowed 2

The previous laptop has been fully formatted. No way to access the original installation.
