S Martinez 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2019 Hello, We bought Nitro Pro 12 for our company last year, and all of a sudden, Nitro switch to a trial version. In my station I re-enter my Product key yesterday and it started working again, today it switched back to a trial version. Why it keeps doing that? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

To further assist you with your concern, kindly note upon the upgrade of the operating system or installing a major Microsoft / Windows update, the Computer ID is changed, as it is comprised partially by the operating system. Once changed, this will no longer recognize the original installation causing the program to revert to trial mode. Could you please provide your Nitro Pro serial number so I could its status in our system? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
