Nitro Pro after Windows Upgrade

Recommended Posts

I recently upgraded my computer and now my Nitro Pro is saying that my trial is going to expire in 14 days. From what I've seen on other peoples posts, if I reactivate it, it might work for a day and then stop working, so I'd like a solution that avoids that. Plus, I have Nitro Pro on two computers, so I will probably have to do this on my other one as well and I don't remember how to activate on a second computer. Any info from the Nitro Pro folks would be much appreciated!  Thanks! Claire

Hello @claireboo2,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following so I could check it in our end?:
-Did your machine just installed any major Windows Updates?
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
