Are you looking at increasing the file limit on the cloud system from 10MB - we are finding a lot of our legal contracts are about 60MB.

Thank you for participating in our Community Forum and providing your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your ideas.

We currently have a size limit of 10MB on the files that are uploaded to Nitro Cloud. We have looked at increasing the size limit for uploaded documents earlier but found that resulted in significant performance issues. This improvement is currently in our backlog and an area that we are actively researching.  

In the meantime, a workaround for your use case would be to split your files into multiple smaller files of less than 10MB before uploading them to Nitro Cloud. Hope this helps.

This is very much needed.  We often have file sizes between 10-25 Mb and splitting monthly bills/invoices up into multiple files isn't an option.  The optimization feature either does nothing or makes the entire file basically unreadable.  Not much middle ground.  Please increase to at least 25 Mb.  That's what docusign is (which we still use because of the file size restriction).
