As if it isn't frustrating enough having to set up everything again and now wasting more time. Sorry for rant - just VERY frustrated. I have now gone through it twice to deactivate and the activate my Nitro Pro.Follow the instructions exactly. I copy serial number - paste it in and it is not recognized. You have a Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Please make sure you install the correct version: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial. I get the license number from Cleveridge (as I recall) and when I enter my number I am told it doesn't exist... I'm frustrated out of my wits!
