Reinstalling on new computer - follow steps TWICE!!

It is so frustrating that you can't even chat with someone when THEIR instructions DO NOT WORK!!! As if it isn't frustrating enough having to set up everything again and now wasting more time. Sorry for rant - just VERY frustrated.

I have now gone through it twice to deactivate and the activate my Nitro Pro.Follow the instructions exactly. I copy serial number - paste it in and it is not recognized. How can it not recognize a serial number they have given me????

What do I do?

You have a Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Please make sure you install the correct version: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.

I am also having great issues reinstalling to my new computer . I get the license number from Cleveridge (as I recall) and when I enter my number  I am told it doesn't exist... I'm frustrated out of my wits!

Thank you for your help - you were absolutely right - I hadn't noticed the different versions so all is well, up and running again.
