beans4347 Posted November 8, 2019 Report Share Posted November 8, 2019 I recently upgraded my operating system to windows 10, and upon re-installing Nitro Pro7, it asked me to activate my product. When i use the support function, i was asked to put in my serial number, which i did. It then asks me to deactivate a serial number in order to re-activacte my Liscense. When i try to deactivate my serial number, i get an error that states "I have zero Liscenses to deactivate" But the following information is displayed.. Version 7 Status active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Can someone please help me avtivate my Nitro Pro 7 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To further assist you, please activate your copy of Nitro Pro 7 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. beans4347 Posted November 8, 2019 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2019 Still Not working, Can you give me a link to - Nitro Pro 7 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate Everytime i try to activate, it asks me to deactivate first, but i have zero devices to deactivate. Have you already installed the program on your machine? To further assist you, please provide a screenshot of the page or windows that is asking you to deactivate first the program.
