I want to create a support ticket but the system won't let me. When I enter my name, email, and serial number copied from the Help section of Nitro Pro I get this response: "Oops! Something went wrong with your submission. Please try submitting your ticket again." Huh? I originally entered my First Name Last Name, my current main email address and the Serial Number copied from the Help tab in Nitro Pro. I then tried entering an old email address, which is still active and which I used for some early registrations of Nitro Pro, but the same message. I tried adding my middle initial using both my current and the old email address but got the same message. I have created Support Tickets in the past using my first name last name, my current email address, and the serial number copied from the Help tab in Nitro Pro. What is going on with the "Submit a Support Ticket" webpage/process?
