Please restore both of my activations. Please also answer this directly: if I upgrade my current version (12) will this be fixed once and for all or will it keep happening forever?? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, a few adjustments has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license so you can reactivate on your machines. With regard to your inquiry if it will be fixed by upgrading to Nitro Pro 13, we have received a few complaints where it is still happening. At the moment, we already have an internal case with our product team while we are still investigating. Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach-out again. Manny Blatt Posted November 23, 2019 Author Report Share Posted November 23, 2019 Unfortunately this fix worked at first but moments ago I opened a PDF in Nitro and the activation was gone again! Please fix. I don't suppose there's any point in asking, again, why this keeps recurring. Surely Nitro can make this licensing system do its job without this continuing annoyance!
