MGG 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2019 (edited) First - I wish to register my EXTREME frustration at finding a way to log my query!!!! it has taken me a full day of wading though various dead ends to finally find some kind of place to lodge, which i assumed would be an easy query to address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have (until now) been a very happy Nitro Pro 11 user but had a terminal mother board issue on my last laptop and am now finding it impossible to resore this product on my new laptop despite your portal telling me i have two activations available i am getting an already in use error.
