Need to Activate Nitro Pro

In Feb of 2019 I bought Nitro Pro 12 with 2 activation's.  I recently bought a new computer and need to install Nitro Pro on it.  I went through the process as instructed and deactivated my license, but there was no place to enter my serial number.  I see that I have 2 activations, but do not know how to get them started.   Please have someone contact me to let me know where and how to insert my serial number to activate my account.  

I agree with others that it is super frustrating that there is not an easy way to get this information.  There should either be a live chat or support number to call.

To further assist you with your concern, I have checked your Nitro Pro 12 license and I can see you only have 1/2 activations. If you still have the program installed on the machine you would like to replace, just uninstall the program and it will auto-deactivate. Please ensure your machine is connected to the Internet.

Once done, install the program using below offline installer on your new machine:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
