_Jamie_ 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2019 Hi I am evaluating Nirto Pdf. I have created a From in Nitro pdf 13.2.6.26. Everything worked great but when I go to fill the form out in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Version 2019.021.20056) the text displays very weirdly in the 'Form - Text Fields'. It misses letters in what is displayed or shows an overlap of letters, the correct value is stored but the displayed text is wrong. Not sure if this is a Nitro issue or an Adobe issue? (Or my issue/ user error?) Any advice? Thanks in advance, Jamie
AllainU 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2019 Hello @_Jamie_, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide a copy of the file (with sensitive information extracted) with forms you added using Nitro Pro? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. _Jamie_ 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2019 Thanks Allain, I have sent it to you in a private message. Do you want me to send a screen shot of the 'error' in question? Kind Regards Jamie
_Jamie_ 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2019 I added a text field in an alternative pdf software (Foxit) and it does not have the same issue in Adobe. However when I change the font of one of the text fields that I had originally created in Nitro from Calibri to Helvetica it also does not display the error! So I guess one would need to change the font via Nitro and see if the error similarly disappears... unfortunately my Nitro Trial is now over so I can't test this hypothesis. Cheers, Jamie
