Unable to Activate

So my trial expired and I attempted to activate, but I received the "invalid serial number" message.  I emailed and requested verification of the billing information and received the same serial number as I already had.  Attempted to activate again, but received the same "invalid Serial Number" message again.  Please explain how to activate when I have this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am happy to assist you.

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your new serial number

Please let me know how that goes.
