In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. -Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you are trying to search? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally? -A screen shot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information. Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate the crashing when using Search using my Nitro Pro 13.6. As part of troubleshooting, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro (via Start or Windows button > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a Program if you have Windows 7, 8 or 8.1). Please reboot the computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background.
