CToss Posted November 25, 2019 Report Share Posted November 25, 2019 Hello, One of our end users frequently receives .dwg files for floor plans. Recently a weird issue has come up where when they click on the .dwg file, instead of opening Nitro it opens a nitro installer package? This even happened after I uninstalled nitro entirely, where clicking on the file opens an installer again. This happens with any .dwg file we received for them, when i force the file to open with Nitro pro by selecting the executable, it crashes immediately and says it couldn't covert it to PDF.
