Coolnagard Posted November 26, 2019 Report Share Posted November 26, 2019 I have installed Nitro Pro and entered the activation key and it will work fine for a day or 2 then it will say that the product has not been activated and i need to enter my activation code. I enter the code and it says -23: Error Licence number already in use. I have been able to go into submit a support ticket and follow the activation option where i deactivate the licence. This does work and the system accepts the activation code but a day or 2 later the same things happens again and i have to go through the same process.
