cbrook Posted November 27, 2019 Report Share Posted November 27, 2019 I purchased a license of Nitro Pro 12 approximately one year ago on my desktop. I recently went to install and activate the license on my laptop computer so that I could work while travelling and at home. When I went to activate my license I was prompted with "Invalid license number". I looked up my license number on the find my license tool and it showed up as having 2 activations, which was strange as it was only activated on my desktop. I clicked deactivate twice in the web browser and now it shows that there are 0 activations, however, it is still functioning on my desktop. Once again I have tried to activate on my laptop but again it says the license number is invalid. Even stranger, when I navigate to the help tab inside of Nitro pro on my desktop, and click the "about nitro pro" button and try to deactivate, it again tells me my license is invalid, however Nitro Pro still functions in full on my desktop.
