I could never figure out why the option to save as template would not show up for me. After messing with it several times over several weeks, I got to the forum, and I found a post that said you guys did away with that feature for most plans...I WISH I HAD KNOWN THAT BEFORE I PURCHASED. Why can I see Templates in my account? Why do the instructions in that area say to click Save as Template when I send a document for signatures? I did not need your product.
