Trial Period expired

I purchased NitroPro a few months ago.  This is about the 3rd time that the app is showing that my Trial Period has expired.  It will not let me activate, only deactivate.  To fix Im being directed to enter my serial number on Nitro's site but I can only do this if I have Nitro 12 or older.  There doesn't seem to be a solution for Pro 13.  Need assistance please.

One of our users is having the same problem.  She received a message that her Nitro trial expired and if she deactivates, she only has one activation remaining.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of the Nitro Pro your user used to activate the program?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Hello @mastertech55,

Thank you for providing the serial number.

I just made an adjustment on her license, so she can now activate a copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
