Nadine Cornett Posted December 1, 2019 Report Share Posted December 1, 2019 Reformatted hard drive to factory settings. Now trying to reinstall my Nitro Pro v9 but it won't accept my activation code. I'm now running Windows 10. I upgraded the original software 8/26/14 and confirmation email was sent to an old address. I do have a hard copy of the confirmation. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information (via direct message) so we can look up your account. 1. First and last name of purchaser 2. Email address used purchase Nitro 3. Order reference number If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code. (Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems) I look forward to hearing back from you.
