Valid Serial # but still Error #20

I have version 9 working on my Desktop.  I bought a laptop and want to use NitroPro on it.  I have downloaded and used NitroPro on that laptop and the free period is about to end.  When I type in the serial number for my active version 9, I get the response: -20 Error: Invalid license number.

However, The Nitro website for licenses  https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal  does recognize my license.  That website asked me to deactivate and then re-activate the program, which I have done.  I still can not get NitroPro to recognize my license on my new laptop.  Please help.

Hello MillerD,

Your serial number is only good for version 9.

To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13  serial key and installation files.
