Brad J Posted December 3, 2019 Report Share Posted December 3, 2019 I just purchased Nitro Pro productivity Suite in October. I have a new computer now and have Nitro Pro installed. The activate link in the software doesn't work. When opening the software there is an error code message "Nitro pro has encountered an error with your license - re-try activation" Code 2023. Tried reactivating and serial number isn't recognized. reinstalled software with same result. I have also followed the activation link from the forum page and get serial number not recognized message. Please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
