Kindly note that our Activation Portal as of the moment can only accept serial numbers with format 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx where 'x' are random numbers. With the release of Nitro Pro 13, it is now using a different format (5049xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and will soon be integrated into the same portal in the next coming months. As much as we would like to provide an ETA, it is not yet available. If you are unable to reactivate the program, please try this work-around: 1. Close your Nitro program. 2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Nitro\Pro\13 (note that ProgramData is a hidden folder) You can also get to the ProgramData folder by typing %programdata% in the Windows Start Menu. 3. Delete the Nalpeiron folder 4. Relaunch your Nitro and then try reactivating With regard to your inquiry if you can install it on two machines, the answer is yes as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA): 'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.' PeterMazz Posted December 6, 2019 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2019 (edited) goodmorning. I have a problem. I have a Pc Mac. I have Windows 10 pro in Bootcamp. Whenever I restore windows 10 from a backup image, Nitro 13 turns off and I have to re-enter the password. Now it tells me maximum number of licenses reached. Please be informed that your single-user license will not properly work on your Windows 10 in Bootcamp within your Mac PC. In this type of environment, an Enterprise build of Nitro Pro will work within a Bootcamp instance because it uses a different license-model. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you this build because it is only offered to enterprise customers with minimum purchase of 20-user license.
