Even according to your system I am supposed to have two activations, one not used. When I try to activate another Nitro Pro 8 (as purchased), the system says that the activation is already used. Please help to resolve.

Your Nitro Pro 8 key is not longer valid or active. This was upgraded to Nitro Pro 9.

Please install version 9 and use your Nitro Pro 9 key instead.

Some time ago I tried to upgrade to version 9, but found out that a specific software that I am still using was incompatible with Nitro Pro 9. After talking to you customer support I reverted back to Version 8 and am very happy with it. Nobody ever advised me that my license was upgraded to 9 for any reason. Even tried to purchase more licenses of Version 8 at the prices for the recent versions, but was denied. So what are the current options to get back to my Version 8?
