License Error

Good Afternoon,

I have change laptop 2 times and I was able to activate and deactivate my license at both times, but when I try to reactivate Nitro v12 to my last laptop is giving me an error and can't seem to resolve it.

Can you please help me reactive my license to my new laptop?

Hello @Yadi,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 license, so you can now activate by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Hello,

I try the prompts that you indicate but I don't have the Activate option only the deactivate option.

When I select the deactivate option and enter the serial number I get this error
