"The serial number entered does not exist"

I'm having trouble activating on a new computer. I deactivated on the old computer (although when I checked my cloud account to double check serial number it shows I can have 2 installations). I keep getting the error message that the serial number does not exist. Account shows that it's still an active license. Help!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You will get this error message if you activate a different version.

I checked and your serial number is for Nitro Pro 10. Please uninstall Nitro from your computer and install version 10. You can get the installer for that version from this page:
