TrueProspects 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2019 I bought a new computer, and I tried to use my serial number and it would not let me, so I was thinking that the code was only allowed on one computer at a time, so I deactivated it on my old computer and tried it on my new one....DIDNT work...Now I lost my serial number and I have no way to retrieve it!! I am in need of some help asap. I am so annoyed at this point, I am pretty much ready to just delete this all together and Download the Adobe suite..... I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account. 1. First and last name of the purchaser 2. Email address used purchase Nitro 3. Order reference number If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labeled as Activation Code. (Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems) Cheers!
