swguitar Posted December 9, 2019 Report Share Posted December 9, 2019 There should be a way to activate the license by re-entering the serial number in the program but there isn't. The only option I get is to buy it again. I get to a place for any kind of support it asks for the serial number. When I input the number given to me in the email sent to me at the time of purchase it rejects it. Who designed this system??? And there is no number to actually call or even a chat line for support.
