Cant activate a license

I had a windows 10 crash and had to reload. Now I cannot activate my NitroPro 13 SW as it state I'm out of activations. Please help. email mwvxyz@verizon.net

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, what build of Nitro Pro 13 are you working with?

You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thank you for this information and no need to provide the serial number as I was able to pull up your records.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Hi AllainU

Im having the same issue 

However, I have already deactivated the previous install on the portal. Its reflecting ZERO activations now. However, when I try to activate on the new machine im getting an error message saying   Error 23: Licence number already used.

Im using version 12.16.3.574

I have similar issue, I have reimage my machine several times and I guess I didn't realize you have to deactivate your software first, anyway it said that I have reached my maximum number of licenses, but this is for the same exact machine. This is for the Nitro 13 latest one straight from your download site and my name is Hector Cantatore and serial number is 5049xxxxxxxyyyyyyy. Your help is appreciated.

Since I am unable to pull up your purchase, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

So do I try the same serial number as before or will I get another email with a different serial number.
