Preview in Outlook 2010

Question

Per Eriksson

Have installed Nitro Pro v. 11 and want to get the preview in Outlook to work.

When I try to preview I got the message "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it" !!.

The plugin is showing up ok in Outlook.

How can I fix it?

Hi Per,

 

To make sure the Outlook plug-in is properly installed, please open Nitro and go to "Help > Support Tools > PDF Creation".  From there, select the Outlook option and press the Update button.

Please make sure Outlook is performed when updating the plug-ins.

I'm using Nitro Pro 10 (v 10.5.4.16), and don't have a "Support Tools" option under Help (the online manual mentioned a link to this forum from the software also being under Help, but that doesn't exist either).

Is there any other way to update the Outlook previewer please?

You can try repairing the software- open the Start Menu, type Programs, and select Programs & Features.  Click on Nitro Pro 10, and choose the Repair option.
