Richard Stultz 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2019 I just purchased the Nitro productivity suite noting that it was for fewer than 20 users. Then I discovered that it only allows me to use it on two computers. Unfortunately, I have three computers because I work out of different locations. I really don't want to pay for an extra license when I'm only using one at a time. What's the best way to handle this? Rick
AllainU 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2019 Hello @Richard Stultz, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please accept our sincere apologies if your Nitro Pro 13 single-user license cannot cover your third machine. To further assist you, I have checked your account and I can see you also have a Nitro Pro 11 that you purchased last January of 2017. If you are interested, you can upgrade it to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate by entering its serial number in our Upgrade Portal: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
