Issue activation licensec Nitro Pro 12

Hi, I have an issue because when I deactivate a license to install Nitro Pro 12 in another laptop, a got a message when I install it and try to activate it, saying that all licenses are in use. How I can deactivate correctly the licenses that I have already deactivate but are not been released?
